Shy FX (2004)

Shy FX (* 1976 in London ; real name Andre Williams ) is a British DJ . He is considered one of the most famous DJs on the jungle and drum and bass scene. His most famous track is the Raggajungle-Tune Original Nuttah feat. UK Apache from 1994 built on top of an Amen Break . His early jump-up track Wolf was also in the UK charts.

Career

Shy FX comes from East London , he released his first records, Gangsta Kid and Sound of the Beast on the SOUR label . After the great success in the charts, he almost disappeared from the scene. He later founded his own label Ebony, on which he released other influential jump-up tracks with The Message and Bambaata . In addition, the sister label Ivory was created, on the gentler "Roller" were published.

Shy FX is now part of the Digital Soundboy label . With his fellow DJ T-Power , he has released two albums, Set It Off and Diary of a Digital Soundboy .
