Si Lom

Si Lom ( Thai : สีลม ) is a station on the Bangkok Metro (MRT). It is located at one end of the Thanon Silom ( ถนน สีลม - literally translated "Windmill Street") in the Bang Rak district of Bangkok .

The bus stop is at the confluence of the "Thanon Silom" with Rama IV Street (Thanon Phra Ram 4) . It offers a transfer to Sala Daeng station on the Silom line of the Skytrain (BTS), which is located at the western beginning of Silom Road. They are connected to one another via a pedestrian overpass.

Near the station is the southwest corner of Lumphini Park with the statue of King Rama VI. (Vajiravudh), the Dusit Thani Hotel, the Chulabhorn Building and the Silom Complex shopping mall.
