SicherheitPraxis is a trade journal for installers, experts, planning offices and system houses for security technology. It first appeared in 2011 in the security specialist publisher Heide & Klaus, which also publishes the specialist journal Security insight and changed its name to ProSecurity Publishing GmbH & Co. KG in April 2013. The specialist editor is Dr. Henning Salié, publishing director Ilse Klaus.

SicherheitPraxis is the only specialist journal in German-speaking countries that focuses purposefully and exclusively on the information needs of this very specific core target group.
