Side flip

A side flip is a side roll performed in the air . Performing a sideflip: run up and jump in the air, turn 90 degrees around the horizontal body axis, after landing on the ground immediately jump into the air again with the help of the swing and turn 360 degrees around the vertical body axis.

The side flip is a technique that is mainly used in freerunning or XMA. Contrary to many opinions, the side flip is not used in parkour .
