Seven questions from the supplier
The seven questions from the supplier are a QM tool that can be used to put yourself in the customer's position and to make processes (more customer-friendly). They are:
- Who is my client (internal or external)
- What does my customer need from me? (Material, products, services, information?)
- What are my customer's expectations?
- What do I offer him now?
- Where do I not meet his expectations?
- What can I do to meet his expectations?
- Which activities or processes do I have to change? (Or: what do I do to meet his expectations?)
