Seven questions from the supplier

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The seven questions from the supplier are a QM tool that can be used to put yourself in the customer's position and to make processes (more customer-friendly). They are:

  1. Who is my client (internal or external)
  2. What does my customer need from me? (Material, products, services, information?)
  3. What are my customer's expectations?
  4. What do I offer him now?
  5. Where do I not meet his expectations?
  6. What can I do to meet his expectations?
  7. Which activities or processes do I have to change? (Or: what do I do to meet his expectations?)
