Seven Streams Pig
The Siebenstromländer pig ( Russian : Ceмиpeчeнcкaя , Semiretschenskaja ) is a multi-purpose pig breed from the Siebenstromland ( Kazakhstan ).
Breeding history
The breed was originally under the name of Kazakh hybrids developed by Large White - wild boar crossbreeds with Kemerovo pigs crossed and these are then mated with each other. In 1978 the breed was officially recognized as the Siebenstromländer pig .
Characteristics

There are 9 boar lines and 20 sow families.
Occurrence
The main breeding stations are Illijski, Kaskelenski and Raswilnenski in the Almaty region , Buruldaiski and the 22nd Party Congress in the Turkistan region , and Rosa Luxemburg in the Shambyl region . Breeding continues in the areas of Almaty , Schambyl , Türkistan and Karagandy in Kazakhstan . In 1980 the total was 43,000 purebred animals.
