Siegfried Schmelcher
Siegfried Schmelcher (* 1911 ; † 1991 ) was a German architect .
His most famous buildings are the Führer headquarters , which he carried out as OT chief construction manager. Before that, he managed the renovation of the Plassenburg for Fritz Todt . His estate is in the Koblenz Federal Archives.
