The company was founded in 1994 by Björn Siewert and the brothers Holger and Oliver Kau. Over the years several sales offices have been added: There are branches in Berlin, Braunschweig, Lippstadt, Munich, Paderborn, Butzbach, Halle, Hengelo (Netherlands) and Premià de Mar (Barcelona / Spain).
