Sifo (also: Karoue-tō , Karowe Island ) is a motu of the Ailinginae -Atolls of the Pacific republic of the Marshall Islands .

geography

Sifo is located at the southwest end of the Ailinginae Atoll. The island is uninhabited and has been contaminated with nuclear power since the Bravo bomb was tested for nuclear weapons . The next notable island in the east is Mogiri on the southern reef edge . In the north, Bokonikaiaru is one of the few islands in the northern reef rim .
