Sigurd Bauer

Sigurd Bauer (* 1943 in Styria ) is an Austrian civil servant.

Life

Sigurd Bauer studied law and was 1966 Doctor juris doctorate . After completing his military service, he joined the Parliamentary Administration of the Austrian Parliament in 1967 . In 1989 he became head of administration in parliament and in 1993 one of two deputies to the parliamentary director with the title of deputy director of parliament. He was also Chairman of the Disciplinary Commission of the Parliamentary Directorate.

He is President of the Austro-Dutch Society and Vice President of the Austria-Myanmar Society.

Sigurd Bauer is a member of the Catholic student association KAV Danubia Vienna-Korneuburg in the ÖCV .
