Simona Bonewa ( Bulgarian Симона Бонева ; born September 10, 1990 ) is a Bulgarian biathlete .
Simona Bonewa made her international debut at the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2008 in Bansko , where she was 16th in the sprint with nine shooting failures and 12th in the mass start race with 13 errors. Other international assignments followed in the 2008/09 season in the IBU Cup . There she contested her first race in a sprint in Bansko and not only achieved first points in 16th place, but also achieved her best place in the IBU Cup with eleventh place in the pursuit.
