Moral mandates

Moral mandates were regulations that attempted to regulate the moral sphere and daily life in places of the Confederation (laws). They correspond to the "Polizey" legislation in other parts of Europe and a. sexual and social discipline (fornication). The terms are inconsistent: order and statutes, mandate and admonition, marriage mandate, major penance mandate, police mandate, moral and expenditure mandate, sabbatical mandate, city mandate, rural mandate.
