Sitting Rising Test

The Sitting Rising Test is a test to test a person's mobility .

The test was developed by the Brazilian sports doctor Claudio Gil Soares de Araújo and his wife Denise (sports scientist) in the 1990s.

The goal is the state with more than Kreutzen legs in the cross-legged to come to sit and get up to the starting point. Every wobbler gives 0.5 point deduction, every body contact (e.g. propping up with one hand) gives one point deduction. The maximum number of points is 10.
