Siyang

Siyang County ( Chinese  泗阳 县 , Pinyin Sìyáng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Suqian in east China 's Jiangsu Province . It has an area of ​​1,213 km² and has a population of 946,400 (2004). Its main town is the large municipality of Zhongxing ( 众 兴镇 ).
