Skårungen

Skårungen is a sculpture in the Norwegian town of Honningsvåg .

It was created by the sculptor Trygve Dammen and shows a young fisherman holding a cod in both hands. The sculpture was a gift from Nordkapp Sparebank on the occasion of its 50th anniversary in 1962. It was installed in Honningsvåg in 1964.

The sculpture stands in a small park between Storgata and Elvegata .
