The Skale Tracker is a grid sequencer , programmed and compiled by Baktery with graphic support from Awesome.
history
It was originally released as FastTracker 3 at an early alpha stage because the entire interface was modeled as closely as possible to the FastTracker 2. The name had to be changed for legal reasons, but the basic structure and general similarity to the FastTracker remained the same.

The Skale Tracker also uses technologies like ASIO , WAV renderer, support for SF2 and Akai instruments, MIDI I / O, support for VST instruments, and more.
The program is available for Windows and Linux and the latest version is 0.81 from December 25, 2005.
