The Ligne is a river in France that runs in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises in the Regional Park Ardèche , in the municipality of Prunet , dehydrated generally southeast direction and opens to 23 kilometers in the municipality of Chauzon as right tributary in the Ardèche . As a typical karst river, the Ligne regularly dries up in summer . In the lower reaches the Ligne flows through a deeply cut, scenic gorge.
