Ski water is a non-alcoholic soft drink , in its simplest and original version, based on raspberry syrup , lemon juice and water. It has its origin in the winter sports resorts of Tyrol , as part of the drinks on offer in ski huts . Syrup mixtures are now also available in stores that only need to be diluted with water, similar to other soft drinks in the catering trade. In addition, variants of the same name are also prepared from fresh fruits and cocktail creations with alcohol are offered.
