Slavko Štimac
Slavko Štimac ( Serbian - Cyrillic Славко Штимац ; born October 15, 1960 in Konjsko Brdo near Perušić , Lika region in SR Croatia , Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian film actor. He was already known in the 1970s through numerous roles for children and young people.
In 1977 he played the role of a Soviet child soldier in the international cast Steiner - The Iron Cross , who was picked up by the Germans. Directed by Emir Kusturica , he starred in Do You Remember Dolly Bell? . He also played another role in a Kusturica film in Life is a Miracle (2004). There Štimac played the main role Luka , a slightly eccentric fantasist who plans to rebuild a railway line as a tourist attraction in the midst of the turmoil of the crumbling country of Yugoslavia. Slavko Štimac was already 9 years earlier in Underground (also by Kusturica).
