Immediate offer

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The immediate offer is an integration benefit as part of unemployment benefit II in Germany. It is regulated in § 15a SGB II .

Employable persons who have not received any subsistence benefits in the past two years under either SGB II (unemployment benefit II) or SGB III ( unemployment benefit , vocational training allowance, etc.) can immediately receive an offer to integrate into work when they apply. The determination of the need for help is not a prerequisite, so that people who do not need help can also receive integration benefits.

The possible services within the scope of an immediate offer are all services listed in § 16 SGB II. However, a rejection has no consequences for the applicant, as one is only considered to be an employable person in need of assistance according to SGB II after the benefit has been approved. In the meantime, the regulation has been completely rejected anyway.
