Lövenich military cemetery
The Lövenich military cemetery is located in Lövenich , Erkelenz , next to the cemetery of the Catholic parish.
Here lie 446 perished soldiers from the Lövenich first aid station and the surrounding combat area. They were previously buried in the parish cemeteries of Katzem , Hetzerath and Granterath . Stone crosses and the stone high cross was erected in 1962.
