Concert exam

The concert exam is a degree at music academies in postgraduate courses.

As a postgraduate degree , it is the highest degree that the university can award. The postgraduate course for the concert exam serves to train highly talented students with instrumental or singing skills to become soloists who are ready for concerts . Admission requirements for the course are usually the artistic maturity examination or the artistic diploma with particularly excellent performance and an entrance examination or aptitude test. The concert exam usually consists of two parts: the first part is an internal university event, the second part a public concert .
