Solotoi Wawilon Rostokino ( Russian ТРЦ "Золотой Вавилон Ростокино" , German: Golden Babylon Rostokino ) is the name of a shopping center in Moscow . It has a sales area of 170,000 square meters (more than twice the size of the traditional GUM department store on Red Square) and houses 450 shops and a multiplex cinema with 14 halls. The construction of a bowling facility is planned. The center, opened in 2009, is the largest in Russia . An associated parking lot offers space for 7,500 vehicles. Numerous international chain stores have set up shop in the center: Mediamarkt , H&M , Stockmann and GAP . Because of a freight railway line passing by (the Little Moscow Railway Ring ), a track system was integrated into the structure as a special feature.

The shopping center is located in the Rostokino district in the northeastern administrative district of Moscow, on the Prospekt Mira artery , a few minutes' drive out of town from the VDNKh metro station .
