Summer costume
Summer dress refers to the honey that is gathered by honey bees during the summer months . It is mainly linden , phacelia and sunflower honey . In contrast, early harvest refers to the honey that is collected in spring, mainly fruit blossom , dandelion and rape .
The indication of the collection period can be combined with an indication of the variety, such as "sunflower honey with summer costume" or "summer costume with robinia".
