Sonia Goretzki
Sonia Goretzki (born February 14, 1977 in Mikołów , Poland ) is a German author of several non-fiction books , nutrition and health advisor. She initiated the burn FETT instead of burnout program in Switzerland .
Life
Sonia Goretzki started working in the field of workplace health promotion in 2002 , including with the Swiss company fit im job AG in Winterthur. From 2004 to 2009 she developed practical concepts for nutrition in the workplace.
