Souleymane Pamoussou is an Ivorian road cyclist.
Souleymane Pamoussou was Ivorian champion in the individual time trial of the elite class in 2002. In the 2005 season he won the tenth stage of the Tour de l'Or Blanc. Two years later he was successful in five sections of the Tour de l'Or Blanc and in the overall standings he took second place behind his compatriot Eugène Kouamé Lokossoué . In 2008 he was third in the stage in the twelfth section of the day in Korhogo .
