Eugène Kouamé Lokossoué (born December 12, 1985 ) is an Ivorian cyclist .

Eugène Kouamé Lokossoué won the sixth stage of the Boucle du Coton to Banfora in 2005 . In the 2007 season he won a stage in the Tour du Togo and a stage and the overall classification in the Tour de l'Or Blanc. At the Ivorian championship he finished second in the individual time trial and he won the road race. He also won two stages in the Tour de l'Est International and was also first in the overall standings. In 2010 he won a stage de Tour du Cameroun .
