The Southcore Financial Center is an office and hotel complex in Toronto , Ontario , Canada . The center consists of three separate high-rise buildings, the PWC Tower , the Bremner Tower and the Delta Toronto hotel building . The exact location of the buildings is on 18 York Street in the southern section of the Financial District . The building complex will be built by GWL Realty Advisors and later operated by bcIMC Realty Corporation .
Bremner Tower
The Bremner Tower belongs to the South Core Financial Center and has 30 floors and a height of 135 meters. Construction began in 2011 and was completed in summer 2014. The building has 14 elevators and a garage with 243 parking spaces.
PWC Tower
The PWC Tower is a building belonging to the Southcore Financial Center . The building has 26 floors and an underground car park with around 253 parking spaces. The building will have 12 elevators.
Delta Hotel
The Delta Hotel building in the Southcore Financial Center has 47 floors and a height of 159 meters. Construction began in 2011 and was completed in summer 2014. The four-star hotel will have 566 rooms and will be operated by Delta Hotels and Resorts .
