Speleo-Secours Switzerland

Speleo-Secours Switzerland (spéléo for speleology / cave research, Secours for help) is the Swiss organization for cave rescue . Speleo-Secours Switzerland is a commission of the Swiss Society for Speleological Research  (SSS / SGH) and has been working with the Swiss Air Rescue Service (Rega) and the later founded Alpine Rescue Switzerland (ARS) since 1981 . Speleo-Secours is called on Rega on alarm number 1414. In addition to cave rescue, Speleo-Secours supports its partners in operations in artificial tunnels, shafts, mines or in difficult terrain.
