Spark (also: Spark Warszawa ) is a Warsaw office complex under construction. The facility is located between Aleja Solidarności , Ulica Okopowa , Ulica Wolska and Ulica Karolkowa streets in the Wola city district . It will consist of three buildings, one of which will have 30 floors and a roof height of 130 meters. Construction of the first building began in mid-2016; the official laying of the foundation stone took place on May 30, 2017.

In addition to the high-rise, two office buildings with nine and ten floors above ground will be built. Skanska Property Poland is the owner of the project and Skanska SA is the general contractor. The design of the ensemble comes from the Warsaw architecture office Kuryłowicz & Associates . A total of 70,000 square meters of usable space will be created. The last unit to be built will be the high-rise; completion is planned for 2021. The complex is LEED certified.

Part of the facility will be publicly accessible inner courtyards between the properties. A square is also to be created here, which will be named “Kercelak” based on a nearby intersection that existed before the Second World War . Beehives are to be set up and looked after on the terrace of a building; Honey obtained there is to be sold.

During the construction of the first building, historical objects were discovered in the excavation (such as a bottle from the Haberbusch i Schiele brewery , coins from the time of the Duchy of Warsaw or toys and household appliances from the 19th and 20th century buildings here).
