Spectemur Agendo is a Latin motto which means something like “We should be judged by our deeds”.

The aphorism originally appears in Book XIII of Ovid's Metamorphoses , where it can be attributed to the hero Aias :

“Denique [...] spectemur agendo!”

"Ultimately [...] we should be recognized by our actions!"
