Spelunca Gorge
The Spelunca Gorge is located on the French island of Corsica on the west side of the Col de Vergio . A hiking trail runs along the bottom of the gorge , while the actual pass road rises a few hundred meters above the valley floor. An architectural attraction, the medieval Genoese bridge “Ponte a Zaglia”, can only be reached on foot . At the end of the gorge is the town of Ota , to whose municipal area the well-known coastal town of Porto belongs.
