Spin (dance)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

When dancing, spin (from English (to) spin , "to turn") is the rapid rotation of a dancer around his body's longitudinal axis . When doing spin it is important that the head is turned last, otherwise there is a risk that the dancer will lose his balance. The spin always takes place in the direction of the standing leg (right leg - spin to the right). The spiral is danced exactly the other way around.
