Sports anatomy

The Sports Anatomy deals with structure and functioning of the human organism in terms of behavior and adaptation at different sporting loads.

Functional interrelationships and movement-induced adaptations of cells , tissues and organs to mechanical and sporting demands are examined. This also includes the analysis of complex movement sequences in the various sports and provides information about training effects and adjustments.
