The Sportunion Triathlon Club Styria (SU TRI STYRIA) is one of the largest triathlon clubs in Austria .

organization

SU TRI STYRIA was founded in 2006 by students in Graz and formed the nucleus of organized triathlon sport in Styria .

There are currently 305 triathlon clubs in Austria and the Sportunion Triathlonverein Steiermark is an association in the Styrian Triathlon Association (managing director: Werner Kreuzer; status: January 2018).

The club currently has over 200 active members of different origins and social backgrounds who regularly take part in regional, national competitions as well as European and world championships, as well as the Ironman Hawaii .

SU TRI STYRIA won 13 times gold, 7 times silver and 5 times bronze in the team classification (highest elite class) at Austrian championships.
