The St. Jakobi Church in Itzehoe -Tegelhörn is an Evangelical Lutheran church.

In the Tegelhörn district of Itzehoe, which was newly created after the war, the St. Jakobi Church was also built and inaugurated in 1952. The bell tower, visible from afar, was only added in 1966. The parish belongs to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany .
