The St. Nicholas Church ( Russian Церковь Николы на Липне / Zerkow Nikoly na Lipne) is a Russian Orthodox church from the 13th century.

It is located on the small island of Lipno in the delta of the Msta and the Ilmen Sea, around nine kilometers south of Veliky Novgorod . The main altar was dedicated to St. Nicholas.

The church is part of the historical sights of Novgorod and the surrounding area and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992. An inscription in the church building indicates the inauguration year 1294.
