St. Antonius is a Roman Catholic chapel in Haselbach , Upper Swabia , a district of Eppishausen . It was built in October 1728 by Josef Schuster and Josef Negele. A statue had been in its place for a long time. It was restored in 1875. The building, standing under an old oak tree about 200 meters northwest of the village and facing north, is very low and has a flat roof . It has small circular windows on both sides of the semicircle. On the south side there is an arched door and a three-lobed curved gable.

The small altar from the early 19th century is made of wood and is marbled. It is wide and has a two-column top with a round arch niche and curved entablature. The figures of St. Anthony in ecstasy kneeling in front of the Mother of God were made at the beginning of the 19th century by Anton Schuster from Mindelheim after F. Zoepfl . They were stolen in 1966. Nothing is known about its whereabouts.
