St. Michael (Regensburg)
The Catholic collegiate chapel of St. Michael is located at Weitoldstrasse 16 in Westnerwacht in the old town of Regensburg .
The hall church with retracted apse was built from 1893 together with the new east wing of the civic monastery building. On March 13, 1945, the eastern part of the chapel was destroyed in bombing during the Second World War. In the 1950s, the church was faithfully restored. The decoration with stucco and ceiling paintings is in the Rococo style .
