St Peter Mancroft (Norwich)
St Peter Mancroft is a parish church of the Anglican Church of England near the market square in the center of the east English city in Norwich . The complex, built between 1430 and 1455 in the mature Perpendicular style as the city church of merchants and guilds, is the largest parish church in the city and part of the Greater Churches Group .
investment
The three-aisled church with a richly decorated west tower with blind arcades was built on the site of an earlier church from 1075, the small helmet was added in 1896. A window forms the eastern end, the glazing of which represents a kind of Biblia pauperum with scenes from the New Testament.
organ
The present organ was built in 1984 by the organ builder Peter Colins. The instrument has 38 registers on three manuals and a pedal. The playing and stop actions are mechanical.

Graves
In the choir there is a memorial plaque for Sir Thomas Browne (1605–1682), who lived nearby since 1637 and is buried here.
Chimes
The ringing with 14 bells, 12 of them from 1775, played an important role in the history of alternating bells .
