State Court

State Court of Justice (StGH) is often the name for the constitutional court of a state.

Originally or traditionally, a state court does not exercise full constitutional jurisdiction (no constitutional complaint ), but rather one that is limited to disputes under state organization law .

In the Federal Republic of Germany, several state constitutional courts use the designation State Court :
