State organization law
The Staatsorganisationsrecht called in Germany a branch of constitutional law . It regulates the structure and functioning of the state organs .
In addition to the basic rights , state organization law is usually the second main part of modern constitutions ( see also: State organization ).
State organization law includes:
- Regulations on the highest state organs
- the right to vote
- the party law
as well as other laws .
