Founding of the state

The founding of a state describes the formal act of founding a new state . What is required is at least the definition of the national territory and its territorial borders as well as the proclamation of the newly emerging state.

The proclamation includes the request for recognition of the new state by the states of the world community . For the establishment of a state, either a constitution or a transitional constitution can have been promulgated, or it is determined that a national assembly will be convened, which will establish a constitution and elect a head of state .
