The city park Witten is a city park at the Wilhelm-Nettmann Lane in Witten. It is located below the Helenenberg with the Helenenturm .

Part of today's park was originally the garden of Haus Witten , which was laid out around 1700 as a French baroque garden. In the area of today's Villa Lohmann stood the orangery of the garden. The city of Witten has owned the park since 1956. The Lohmann family's hereditary burial site is adjacent to the park.

The goat is a bronze sculpture by Clemens Pasch . The Rotarians had given it to the city in 1959 for the foundation of their Witten club. It was stolen in 2017. The Rotarians obtained a replacement copy that same year.
