Standing bird
As sedentary or annual bird are birds called that remain year-round in an area. Unlike migratory birds , they do not make regular seasonal migrations. When the season changes, they also do not seek out neighboring regional regions, as rascals do. The resident birds in Central Europe include, for example, the house sparrow (sparrow), the great tit , the magpie , the goshawk or the tawny owl .
