The Stari DIF ( Serbian : Старi ДИФ (Државни институт за фискултуру, Državni institut za fiskulturu ); German : "Old DIF" ("State Institute for Physical Culture"); officially Gradski centar za fizicku is a complex of several sports facilities in the Savski Venac district of Belgrade . The building is located at Deligradska 27 and was built from 1929 to 1936.

The center has, among other things, several halls for football, basketball, handball, volleyball and gymnastics as well as two swimming pools, a banquet hall and a hospital. On March 4, 1945, the founding meeting of the Red Star Belgrade sports club and the Red Death Belgrade football club was held in Stari DIF by young people from the United Federation of Anti-Fascist Youth of Serbia ( USAOS ). The building is a historical monument.
