Stary Israil
Old Israel or Stary Israil ( Russian Старый Израиль , wiss. Transliteration Staryj Izrail ' ) was a Russian sect in the 19th century that was founded by Perfil Katassonov ( Перфил Катасонов ), a student of Abbakum Kopylov's ( Аббак ) of Abbakum Kopylov Postniki sect , was founded.
Their followers saw themselves as the chosen people and wanted to establish the kingdom of God on earth. After the death of its founder, she joined various other sects, including the New Israel sect ( Новый союз духовного Израиля , Novyj Sojuz Duxovnogo Izrailja ).
