Statue of Babak Khorramdin

The statue of Babak is an approximately 5 m high monument of Bābak Khorramdin , leader of the anti-Arab revolt of the Churramites .

The statue stands in the city of Nakhchivan , the capital of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic . The location is in a suburb, about 6 kilometers south of the historic city center.
