Stefan Baltensperger

Stefan Baltensperger (born December 11, 1976 in Zurich ) is a Swiss artist.

The background of his work is the perception of structurally changing present phenomena. Based on the concept of social sculpture, he realizes multimedia installations with which he investigates questions about the self-positioning of the individual in a globalized and urban society. In addition to his personal artistic practice, Stefan Baltensperger has also been working with David Siepert as the artist duo Baltensperger + Siepert since 2007.
